Yes. The 14-day trial doesn't require payment information up front. We'll ask before day 14 if you decide to continue.
From the dashboard, tap Connect → Generate code, then share the 6-digit code with them. On their phone, they tap Connect → Join with code and pick their role.
Admin can do anything. Helper roles vary by what they can manage. Viewer can see status but not change anything. User (simple mode) gets the single-screen interface and can only acknowledge tasks.
From the dashboard, tap + New task, pick Medication, type the name (suggestions appear as you type), set the time and dose. Save.
When editing a medication, tap Photo. Take a picture of the actual bottle. It shows up alongside the reminder so there's no confusion at dose time.
Critical-priority reminders keep alerting until acknowledged. If they're still not acknowledged after 15 minutes, the designated family members get a discreet notification.
Yes. In the medication editor, enable "Track doses remaining" and set the starting count. The app counts down as doses are taken and flags you when it's time to refill.
At the top of the dashboard or calendar, tap "Viewing: Everyone" and pick a specific person. The view filters to just their tasks. Selection carries across screens until you change it.
Yes. When creating a task, choose "Just me" in the visibility selector. The task is invisible to everyone else in the household, including admins.
From the dashboard, tap Assignments. Today's tasks are grouped by person.
Yes, on the 4-seat plan and above. Switch between them from the dashboard title when you're in 2+ households.
Yes. From your account settings, request an export — you'll receive a JSON file with everything you've created.

On iPhone, billing goes through the App Store (Apple's requirement). On Android and the web, billing runs through Stripe.
Yes, at any time. From the app, tap Plans & billing. Your seat count changes immediately and the price adjusts at the next billing cycle.
Plans & billing → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancel before day 14 of the trial and you won't be charged.
Check your phone's notification settings for Our Helping Hand — they need to be allowed. On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Our Helping Hand → Allow Notifications. On Android: similar path under Apps.
From the sign in screen, tap "Forgot password" and we'll email you a reset link.
Pull down to refresh, or restart the app. Sync usually catches up within seconds; if it doesn't, check your internet connection.
